English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, from Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Agharr Abu Muslim who said: I bear witness upon Abu Sa'id (رضي الله عنه) and Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) that they testified that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When a servant says: There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest (La ilaha illallahu wallahu Akbar), Allah says: My servant has spoken the truth; there is no god but Me, and I am the Greatest. And when the servant says: There is no god but Allah alone, Allah says: My servant has spoken the truth; there is no god but Me alone. And when the servant says: There is no god but Allah, He has no partner, Allah says: My servant has spoken the truth; there is no god but Me, and I have no partner. And when the servant says: There is no god but Allah, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, Allah says: My servant has spoken the truth; there is no god but Me, to Me belongs the dominion and to Me belongs all praise. And when the servant says: There is no god but Allah, there is no power and no might except with Allah, Allah says: My servant has spoken the truth; there is no god but Me, and there is no power and no might except with Me.' He (the narrator) said: the Prophet ﷺ used to say: 'Whoever is granted them at death, the Fire will not touch him.'
