حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِي

دٍ عَنْ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ يُرَائِي يُرَائِي اللَّهُ بِهِ وَمَنْ يُسَمِّعْ يُسَمِّعْ اللَّهُ بِهِ

English Translation
Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Shayban narrated to us, from Firas, from 'Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'id (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ of Allah ﷺ who said: 'Whoever shows off, Allah will expose him, and whoever seeks reputation, Allah will make his true nature known.'
