English Translation

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Sa'id informed us, from Qatadah — his father said: and 'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us — from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When there are three people, let one of them lead them. The one most deserving of leading them is the one who recites the most Quran.'
