حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ قِيلَ لِ
رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَتَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ بِئْرِ بُضَاعَةَ وَهِيَ بِئْرٌ يُطْرَحُ فِيهَا الْمَحِيضُ وَلُحُومُ الْكِلَابِ وَالنَّتْنُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الْمَاءَ طَهُورٌ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ

English Translation
Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from al-Walid ibn Kathir, who said: Abdullah ibn Abi Salamah narrated to me, that 'Ubaydullah ibn Abdur-Rahman ibn Rafi' narrated to him that he heard Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) saying: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A time will come upon the people when a group of people will go out to fight, and it will be said: 'Is there among you anyone who accompanied the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?' They will say: 'Yes.' And victory will be granted because of him. Then a time will come when it will be said: 'Is there among you anyone who accompanied the Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?' They will say: 'Yes.' And victory will be granted. Then a time will come when it will be said: 'Is there among you anyone who accompanied the companions of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?' And victory will be granted."
