English Translation

Hajjaj narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, who said: I heard Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) who said: We went out with the Prophet ﷺ on the eighteenth of Ramadan, and those who were fasting among us fasted and those who broke their fast broke their fast. Neither did the fasting one find fault with the one who broke his fast, nor did the one who broke his fast find fault with the fasting one.
