َعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَنْتَ تَخْلُقُهُ أَنْتَ تَرْزُقُهُ فَأَقْرِرْهُ مَقَرَّهُ فَإِنَّمَا كَانَ قَدَرٌ

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah informed us, from al-Hasan, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه), that the Prophet ﷺ said [about 'azl]: "Are you the one who creates it? Are you the one who provides for it? Leave it as it is, for there is no soul decreed to exist except that it will exist."
