Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ الْمُخْتَارِ بْنِ فُلْفُلٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُو
لُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى قَالَ لِي إِنَّ أُمَّتَكَ لَا يَزَالُونَ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُمْ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا هَذَا اللَّهُ خَلَقَ النَّاسَ فَمَنْ خَلَقَ اللَّهَ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-Mukhtar ibn Fulful, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed Allah (تعالى) said to me: 'Your ummah will not cease to ask: Who created such-and-such? Who created such-and-such? Until they say: Who created Allah?' When they reach that, say: 'Allah is One, Allah is the Eternal Refuge, He does not beget and was not begotten, and there is none equivalent to Him.' Then let one of them spit to his left three times and seek refuge from Shaytan."
