Chain of Narration (Isnad)

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ أُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ وَقَدْ كَانَ بَيْنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ

وَسَلَّمَ وَبَيْنَ نِسَائِهِ شَيْءٌ فَجَعَلَ يَرُدُّ بَعْضَهُنَّ عَنْ بَعْضٍ فَجَاءَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ احْثُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فِي أَفْوَاهِهِنَّ التُّرَابَ وَاخْرُجْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ

English Translation

Ibn Abi 'Adi narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: The iqamah was called, and there had been a matter between the Prophet ﷺ and his wives. He began mediating between them, and the iqamah was delayed until some of the people fell asleep.
