English Translation

Ibn Abi 'Adiyy narrated from Sa'id, and Ibn Ja'far narrated from Sa'id, and al-Khaffaf from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ of Allah ﷺ said: 'What is the matter with people who raise their eyes to the sky during prayer?' He was so severe about that until he said: 'They must stop that, or their eyesight will be snatched away.'
