‏ ‏وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ ‏ ‏أَنَّ ‏ ‏أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ‏ ‏ذَكَرَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏أَنَّهُ تُصِيبُهُ الْجَنَابَةُ فَيُرِيدُ أَنْ يَنَامَ ‏ ‏فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ يَنَامَ ‏

English Translation

And with this same chain of narration, from 'Abdullah ibn Khabbab, that Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he would be in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity) and would want to sleep. So he ﷺ commanded him to perform wudu and then sleep.
