English Translation

Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, Hisham informed us, from Qatadah, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه), that the Prophet ﷺ of Allah ﷺ said: 'There is no contagion (spreading of disease by itself), no evil omen in birds, and I am pleased by al-fa'l (good omens).' They said: 'O Prophet of Allah, what is al-fa'l?' He said: 'A good word.'
