English Translation

Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: 'Abd al-Malik said to me that Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) said, from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'The one who leads the people in prayer should be the one who has the most Quran memorized among them.'
