حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ وَإِسْحَاقُ الْأَزْرَقُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ

مَالِكٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ قَالَ أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمْ الصَّائِمُونَ وَأَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمْ الْأَبْرَارُ وَتَنَزَّلَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ الْمَلَائِكَةُ

English Translation

Waki' narrated from Hisham — and Ishaq al-Azraq said: al-Dastawai informed us — from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: When the Prophet ﷺ broke his fast at a household, he would say: 'May fasting people break their fast with you, may the righteous eat your food, and may the angels send blessings upon you.'
