Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ نُفَ
Body (Matn)
يْعٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ غَنِيٍّ وَلَا فَقِيرٍ إِلَّا يَوَدُّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ أُوتِيَ فِي الدُّنْيَا قُوتًا
English Translation
Ya'la narrated to us, Isma'il narrated to us, from Nufay', from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There is no one, rich or poor, except that he will wish on the Day of Resurrection that he had been given only enough sustenance in the world.'
