حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَخْنَسِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ مُرَّ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَ
يْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِبَدَنَةٍ أَوْ هَدِيَّةٍ فَقَالَ لِصَاحِبِهَا ارْكَبْهَا فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا بَدَنَةٌ أَوْ هَدِيَّةٌ قَالَ وَإِنْ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Ya'la narrated to us, Mis'ar narrated to us, from Bukayr ibn al-Akhnas, he said: I heard Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) saying: A sacrificial camel (badanah) — or a gift — was passed before the Prophet ﷺ, and he said to its owner: 'Ride it.' He said: 'It is a sacrificial camel.' He said: 'Ride it.' He said: 'It is a sacrificial camel.' He said: 'Ride it, woe to you!' — on the third time.
