حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ سَنْبَرٌ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ نَاسًا أَتَوْا الْمَدِينَةَ فَاجْتَوَوْا الْمَدِينَةَ فَأ
َمَرَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِإِبِلٍ وَرَاعِيهَا وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَبْوَالِهَا وَأَلْبَانِهَا قَالَ فَقَتَلُوا الرَّاعِيَ وَأَطْرَدُوا الْإِبِلَ فَبَعَثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي طَلَبِهِمْ فَجِيءَ بِهِمْ فَقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ وَسَمَلَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ وَطَرَحَهُمْ فِي الشَّمْسِ حَتَّى مَاتُوا
Isnad Chain
English Translation
'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Amr narrated to us, Hisham ibn Abi 'Abdullah Sanbar al-Jahdari narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) that some people came to Madinah and found its climate disagreeable. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered them to go to the camels of the charity and drink their milk and urine. They did so and recovered. Then they killed the herdsman and drove away the camels. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent riders after them. They were brought back, their hands and feet were cut off, their eyes were branded with hot iron, and they were left in the harrah until they died.
