حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ قَالَ سُئِلَ أَنَسٌ عَنْ صَوْمِ رَس
Body (Matn)
ُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَطَوُّعًا قَالَ كَانَ يَصُومُ حَتَّى نَقُولَ لَا يُفْطِرُ وَيُفْطِرُ حَتَّى نَقُولَ لَا يَصُومُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Humayd, who said: Anas (رضي الله عنه) was asked about the voluntary fasting of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: He would fast until we would say he is not going to break his fast, and he would go without fasting until we would say he is not going to fast.
