English Translation
Yahya narrated to us, from Humayd — and Yazid informed us, Humayd informed us — from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There will come to you people whose hearts are more tender than yours.' Then the Ash'ariyyun came, among them Abu Musa (رضي الله عنه). When they approached Madinah, they began chanting: 'Tomorrow we meet the beloved ones, Muhammad and his party.' When they arrived, they began shaking hands.
