حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى
اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نُضِحَ لَهُ حَصِيرٌ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ قَالَ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ رَأَيْتُهُ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى قَالَ لَمْ أَرَهُ إِلَّا ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ

English Translation
'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Anas ibn Sirin, who said: I heard Anas (رضي الله عنه) say: the Prophet ﷺ had a mat sprinkled with water and he prayed on it. A man said to him: 'Did you use to pray the Duha prayer?' He said: 'I never saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pray it except on that day.'
