English Translation
'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Thabit, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw a rope stretched between two pillars. He said: 'Whose is this?' They said: 'It belongs to Hamna' — or 'Zaynab. She prays and when she becomes tired, she holds on to it.' He ﷺ said: 'Untie it. Let one of you pray with energy, and when he becomes tired, let him sit down.'
