حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنِ أَبِي عِصَامٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَتَنَفَّسُ فِي الْإِنَاءِ ثَلَاثًا وَيَقُولُ هُوَ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ
English Translation
'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Abu 'Isam, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to breathe three times in the vessel when drinking and would say: 'It is more quenching, more wholesome, and more healthful.'
