'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us: Malik, from Ibn Shihab, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Makkah on the year of the Conquest with a helmet on his head. When he removed it, a man came and said: 'Ibn Khatal is clinging to the curtains of the Ka'bah.' He ﷺ said: 'Kill him.'
