حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ و حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا

يَزِيدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اعْتَدِلُوا فِي السُّجُودِ وَلَا يَبْسُطْ أَحَدُكُمْ ذِرَاعَيْهِ كَالْكَلْبِ وَلَا يَبْزُقْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَلَا عَنْ يَمِينِهِ فَإِنَّمَا يُنَاجِي رَبَّهُ وَلَكِنْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمِهِ

English Translation

Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) narrated: the Prophet ﷺ said: "Be moderate in prostration, and let none of you spread his forearms along the ground like a dog."
