حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَحَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ عَفَّانُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ أَنَّ أَنَسًا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ وَعَبْدَ الَّرحْمَنِ بْنَ عَوْفٍ شَكَوَا إِلَى

النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْقَمْلَ فَاسْتَأْذَنَا فِي غَزَاةٍ لَهُمَا فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمَا فِي قَمِيصِ الْحَرِيرِ قَالَ بَهْزٌ قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَرَأَيْتُ عَلَى كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا قَمِيصًا مِنْ حَرِيرٍ

English Translation

Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) narrated: Al-Zubayr and 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Awf (رضي الله عنهما) complained to the Prophet ﷺ about lice, so he permitted them to wear silk shirts.
