English Translation

Sayyar narrated to us, Ja'far narrated to us, Thabit narrated to us, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: On the day the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Madinah, everything in Madinah lit up. And on the day he died, everything in Madinah became dark. We had barely dusted off our hands from his burial when we began to feel estrangement in our hearts.
