حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا
شَرِيكٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي نَمِرٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ مَا صَلَّيْتُ وَرَاءَ إِمَامٍ قَطُّ أَخَفَّ صَلَاةً مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا أَتَمَّ وَإِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيَسْمَعُ بُكَاءَ الصَّبِيِّ وَرَاءَهُ فَيُخَفِّفُ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَشُقَّ عَلَى أُمِّهِ

English Translation
Abu Sa'id, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrated to us, Sulayman ibn Bilal narrated to us, Sharik — meaning Ibn Abi Namir — narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: 'I never prayed behind any imam whose prayer was lighter and more complete than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. If he heard a child crying, he would lighten the prayer, fearing that the child's mother might be distressed.'
