Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الْعَدُوِّ
English Translation
Abu Sa'id narrated to us, Sulayman ibn Bilal narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Abi 'Amr, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, and from being overwhelmed by debt and overpowered by men.'
