حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ أَقْبَلْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ مِنْ بَعْضِ أَسْفَارِهِ فَل
َمَّا بَدَا لَنَا أُحُدٌ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذَا جَبَلٌ يُحِبُّنَا وَنُحِبُّهُ فَلَمَّا أَشْرَفَ عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحَرِّمُ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْهَا مِثْلَ مَا حَرَّمَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ مَكَّةَ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ فِي مُدِّهِمْ وَصَاعِهِمْ

English Translation
Surayj narrated to us, Ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Abi 'Amr, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: 'I was returning with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from one of his journeys, and when Uhud appeared before us, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: This is a mountain that loves us and we love it. O Allah, Ibrahim declared Makkah sacred, and I declare sacred what is between the two lava tracts of Madinah.'
