حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ وَبَهْزٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ بَهْزٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا

قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا عَدْوَى وَلَا طِيَرَةَ وَيُعْجِبُنِي الْفَأْلُ الْكَلِمَةُ الطَّيِّبَةُ وَالْكَلِمَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ

English Translation

'Affan and Bahz narrated to us, they said: Hammam narrated to us — Bahz said in his narration: Qatadah narrated to us — from Anas (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'There is no contagion and no evil omen, but I am pleased by a good word — a good omen.'
