حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ شِبْلٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ يَزْدَوَيْهِ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ مَعَ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ وَعُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَامِ
لٌ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْتَخْلَفَ قَالَ فَسَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ وَكَانَ بِهِ وَضَحٌ شَدِيدٌ قَالَ وَكَانَ عُمَرُ يُصَلِّي بِنَا فَقَالَ أَنَسٌ مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا أَشْبَهَ صَلَاةً بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ هَذَا الْفَتَى كَانَ يُخَفِّفُ فِي تَمَامٍ

English Translation
Ibrahim ibn Khalid narrated to us, Umayyah ibn Shibl informed me, from 'Uthman ibn Yazdawayh who said: 'I went out to Madinah with 'Umar ibn Yazid while 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz was the governor of Madinah. We came to Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) and I said: 'O Abu Hamzah, the distance between our place and Madinah is far, and we have traveled seeking you. Narrate to us what you heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.' He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'At the end of time, your Lord (تبارك وتعالى) will laugh at a man's despair while relief is very close to him.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, does the Lord laugh?' He said: 'Yes.' I said: 'We shall never be deprived of good from a Lord who laughs.'
