Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ وَعَمَلٍ لَا يُرْفَعُ وَقَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ وَقَوْلٍ لَا يُسْمَعُ
English Translation
Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not humble itself, from a soul that is never satisfied, and from a supplication that is not answered.'
