َلَاةُ فَأَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِوَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ أَقِيمُوا صُفُوفَكُمْ وَتَرَاصُّوا فَإِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي

English Translation

Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Za'idah narrated to us, Humayd al-Tawil narrated to us, Anas ibn Malik narrated to us who said: The prayer was called, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ turned to us with his face and said: "Straighten your rows and stand close together, for I see you from behind my back." Each of us would press his shoulder against his companion's shoulder and his foot against his companion's foot.
