English Translation
Sulayman ibn Dawud narrated to us, Isma'il narrated to us, he said: Humayd informed me, from Anas ibn Malik who said: the Prophet ﷺ stayed between Khaybar and Madinah for three days during which he consummated his marriage with Safiyyah bint Huyayy. I invited the Muslims to his wedding feast, and there was neither meat nor bread in it. He ordered that leather mats be spread, and dates, dried yogurt, and clarified butter were placed on them. That was his wedding feast.
