English Translation
Hashim narrated to us, al-Mubarak narrated to us, al-Hasan narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: I was with the Prophet ﷺ in his house when a man asked, 'When is the Hour, O Messenger of Allah?' He said, 'Indeed, it is established. But what have you prepared for it?' The man said, 'I have not prepared for it with much prayer or fasting, but I love Allah and His Messenger.' He ﷺ said, 'A person will be with those whom he loves.'
