English Translation
Yahya ibn Ghaylan narrated to us, al-Mufaddal ibn Fadalah narrated to us, he said: Uqayl narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, who narrated from Anas ibn Malik who said: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ set out before the sun had declined at noon, he would delay Dhuhr prayer until Asr time, then he would dismount and combine the two prayers. And if the sun had declined before he set out, he would pray Dhuhr first, then ride.
