حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ الصَّيْقَلِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ خَرَجْنَا نَصْرُخُ ب

ِالْحَجِّ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا مَكَّةَ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَجْعَلَهَا عُمْرَةً وَقَالَ لَوْ اسْتَقْبَلْتُ مِنْ أَمْرِي مَا اسْتَدْبَرْتُ لَجَعَلْتُهَا عُمْرَةً وَلَكِنْ سُقْتُ الْهَدْيَ وَقَرَنْتُ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ

English Translation

Ahmad ibn Abd al-Malik narrated to us, Zuhayr narrated to us, Abu Ishaq narrated to us, from Abu Asma' al-Sayqal, from Anas ibn Malik who said: We set out raising our voices with the talbiyah for Hajj. When we arrived at Makkah, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to make it an Umrah, except for those who had brought their sacrificial animals.
