English Translation

Hashim narrated to us, Abd al-Aziz — meaning Ibn Abi Salamah — narrated to us, from Amr ibn Abi Amr, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Prophet ﷺ used to say: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.'
