Chain of Narration (Isnad)

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ وَحَمَّادٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ عَلَى الْمَرِيضِ

قَالَ أَذْهِبْ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شَافِيَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ اشْفِ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا وَقَدْ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا

English Translation

Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Humayd and Hammad, from Anas ibn Malik that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he visited a sick person, would say: "Remove the harm, O Lord of mankind! Heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no sickness behind."
