English Translation
Affan narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, he said: Thabit informed us, from Anas (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, whenever he ate food, would lick his three fingers. He also said: 'If the morsel of one of you falls, let him remove whatever is on it and eat it, and not leave it for Shaytan.' And he ordered us to wipe the plate clean, saying: 'You do not know in which part of your food the blessing lies.'
