حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَم
َةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ إِنَّمَا جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الشُّفْعَةَ فِي كُلِّ مَالٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتْ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتْ الطُّرُقُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ

English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ only ordained the shuf'ah (right of pre-emption) in every shared property that has not been divided. When boundaries are set and paths are established, there is no shuf'ah.
