حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَل
َيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ قَدْ أَيِسَ أَنْ يَعْبُدَهُ الْمُصَلُّونَ وَلَكِنْ فِي التَّحْرِيشِ بَيْنَهُمْ

English Translation
Abu Mu'awiyah and Ibn Numayr both (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that al-A'mash narrated to us, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir (رضي الله عنهما), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said — Ibn Numayr said in his hadith: I heard the Prophet ﷺ say: 'Every good deed is charity. And meeting your brother with a cheerful face is charity. And pouring from your bucket into your brother's vessel is charity.'
