حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ
مِقْسَمٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِيَّاكُمْ وَالظُّلْمَ فَإِنَّ الظُّلْمَ ظُلُمَاتٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَاتَّقُوا الشُّحَّ فَإِنَّ الشُّحَّ أَهْلَكَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ حَمَلَهُمْ عَلَى أَنْ سَفَكُوا دِمَاءَهُمْ وَاسْتَحَلُّوا مَحَارِمَهُمْ

English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Dawud ibn Qays narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Miqsam, that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما) saying: "the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Beware of injustice, for injustice will be darkness upon darkness on the Day of Resurrection. And beware of stinginess, for stinginess destroyed those before you. It caused them to shed their blood and violate what was sacred to them.'"
