حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ س

َأَلْتُ جَابِرًا عَنْ مِيثَرَةِ الْأُرْجُوَانِ فَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا أَرْكَبُهَا وَلَا أَلْبَسُ قَمِيصًا مَكْفُوفًا بِحَرِيرٍ وَلَا أَلْبَسُ الْقَسِّيَّ

English Translation
Hasan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr narrated to us who said: I asked Jabir about the red-purple saddle cushion (mitharah al-urjuwan). He said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'I will not ride on it, nor will I wear a shirt hemmed with silk, nor will I wear a garment dyed with saffron ('usfur).'
