حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَن
ْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ كُنَّا نُصِيبُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي مَغَانِمِنَا مِنْ الْمُشْرِكِينَ الْأَسْقِيَةَ وَالْأَوْعِيَةَ فَنَقْسِمُهَا وَكُلُّهَا مَيْتَةٌ

English Translation
Husayn ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Rashid narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from Ata, from Jabir (رضي الله عنه) who said: We used to obtain from the spoils of the polytheists water-skins and vessels. We would use them [without washing], and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not censure us for that.
