Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَأُخْرِجَنَّ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى مِنْ جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ حَتَّى لَا أَذَرَ فِيهَا إِلَّا مُسْلِمًا
English Translation
Musa narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir (رضي الله عنه) — that Umar ibn al-Khattab (رضي الله عنه) informed him that he heard the Prophet ﷺ say: 'I shall certainly expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula until I leave none in it except Muslims.'
