حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ جَابِرًا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى

اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ يَحْمِلُ فِيهَا السِّلَاحَ لِقِتَالٍ فَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ يَعْنِي الْمَدِينَةَ

English Translation
Musa narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr — that Jabir informed him that he said: I heard the Prophet ﷺ say: 'It is not permissible for anyone to carry weapons in it [Madinah] for fighting.' Qutaybah said: 'meaning Madinah.'
