حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ وَمُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا زُهَ

يْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْأَرْضِ الْبَيْضَاءِ سَنَتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا

English Translation
Hasan and Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, both said: Zuhayr narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir (رضي الله عنه), who said: "the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited selling uncultivated land (al-ard al-bayda' — lit. 'white land') for two or three years (in advance, before it bears produce)."
