حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَقْعُدَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ أَوْ يُقَصَّصَ أَوْ يُبْنَى عَلَيْهِ
English Translation
Hajjaj narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما) saying: I heard the Prophet ﷺ prohibit sitting on graves, plastering them, or building over them.
