حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ أَنَّ
رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا قَالَ وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي الْخِيَارُ ثَلَاثُ مَرَّاتٍ فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا فَعَسَى أَنْ يَرْبَحَا رِبْحًا وَإِنْ كَذَبَا وَكَتَمَا مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Abu al-Khalil, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from Hakim ibn Hizam (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The two parties to a sale have the option as long as they have not separated. If they are truthful and transparent, their transaction is blessed. But if they lie and conceal defects, the blessing of their transaction is erased.'
