حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ حَدِيدٍ البَجْلِيِّ عَنْ صَخْرٍ الْغَامِدِيِّ ع
َنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِأُمَّتِي فِي بُكُورِهِمْ قَالَ فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً بَعَثَهَا أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ وَكَانَ صَخْرٌ رَجُلًا تَاجِرًا وَكَانَ لَا يَبْعَثُ غِلْمَانَهُ إِلَّا مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ فَكَثُرَ مَالُهُ حَتَّى كَانَ لَا يَدْرِي أَيْنَ يَضَعُ مَالَهُ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ya'la ibn 'Ata', from 'Umarah ibn Hadid al-Bajali, from Sakhr al-Ghamidi, from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'O Allah, bless my ummah in their early morning.' He said: And when he dispatched a military expedition or an army, he would send them at the beginning of the day. And Sakhr was a merchant who would send out his trade caravans at the beginning of the day, and he became wealthy.
